Best Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs of 2015
One of the things I miss most on a gluten-free diet is fried chicken. It was always a treat for me to go pick-up a bucket and it always had to be extra crispy. We make our own now using gluten-free bread crumbs and love lots of the brands represented below. I won’t personally share my favorite since we had a few thousand pick theirs, I will let their voices be heard loud and clear.
At the sake of sharing too much information, I have a reoccurring nightmare that I start eating Kentucky Fried Chicken then after a few bites remember that I have celiac disease, panic, then wake up with the sweats. (TMI)
If you are looking for a great gluten-free bread crumb, I would start with the winner and work your way down until you find exactly the taste and texture you are looking for. In fact, we have a few different brands in our house for different types of meals like meat loaf and cheese sticks.
